We’ve put together a few reminders as we enter a new year together!
Pet Sitting Agreement: If this doesn’t sound familiar (hello pre-2021 MoPuppers), submit this quick form and we can send this over for your quick signature.
Rates: Just a little reminder that “overnight” rates account for 24 hour increments! In the event that your pup is staying beyond that, we will add a prorated daycare fee. For example, if Fido is staying from Saturday morning - Sunday evening, it’ll be overnight + % of daycare. Questions, just ask!
Fees & Cancellations: A holiday fee will be applied to 2022 bookings. This will be an additional $5/dog/day for the following dates: Jan 14-17, Feb 18-21, April 15-18, May 27-30, July 3-5, Sept 2-5, Nov 24-27, Dec 23 - Jan 1, 2023.
Daycare must be cancelled by 5PM the night prior to dropoff or you will be charged $15. Boarding must be cancelled 4 days prior to dropoff or you will be charged 50%. Holiday boarding must be cancelled 7 days prior to dropoff or you will be charged 50%. This allows us the opportunity to give another pup your spot since space is limited.
Book Early! Based on last year, holidays and all summer long booked really quickly. Feel free to send your dates for any of 2022 so that your pup has a spot. As of right now, we have limited availability for January 22-28, February 19-20, April 29 - May 1.
Don’t forget to use your group chats! It is extremely helpful for us when you send us your ETA for both dropoff and pickup, as well as your “here” texts upon arrival.
