Hi there, thanks for paw-ping by.
We are so lucky to have you as a part of the MoPups fam! As we try to “streamline” a little bit in preparation for the hooman fam to grow this spring, we just want to try to be on the same page as much as possible. Do not fret, we will do our best to still be flexible to best meet your requests.
Book Early!
Based on last year, holidays and all summer long booked quickly. Please send as soon as you have your booking dates! We will accept bookings through the end of 2023.
2023 Limited Availability Dates: March, May 6, October 31 - November 4, December 1-3.
Group Chat Communications:
It is extremely helpful for us when you send us your ETA for both dropoff and pickup, as well as your “here” texts upon arrival. To streamline our schedules, here are the most ideal times for dropoff/pickup.
M-F Dropoff between 7:30-8:30am, M-F Pickup between 5-6:30pm, Weekend Dropoff between 8-9:30 am, Weekend Pickup between 5:30-7 pm. For boarding requests, please let us know your general dropoff/pickup times. We will touch base closer to your pup’s stay.
If you have routine hours that we have been working with (i.e. 12-hour shifts), we will continue to keep you on those hours! Overall, we should still be flexible though, so just ask if you need times outside of these!
Fees & Cancellations:
Daycare - If you have reoccurring daycare days or have booked daycare, please let us know by 6pm the night before if you need to cancel. No shows will be charged $12.
Boarding - Boarding must be cancelled 4 days prior to dropoff or are subject to 30% cancellation fee. Holiday boarding must be cancelled 7 days prior to dropoff or are subject to 50% cancellation fee. This allows us the opportunity to give another pup your spot since space is limited.
Holiday dates for 2023 include 1/13-16, 2/17-20, 4/7-10, 5/26-29, 6/30-7/4, 9/1-4, 11/22-26, 12/23-1/2
Other Reminders:
Please be mindful of the neighbors all around. Pull off along the top parking pad or use our driveway to park. We recommend backing down the driveway just a smidge and then you have clear visibility for driving out. Let’s try to avoid pulling into neighbors driveways (just drive down to Gatlin or use ours).
Keep your pup up to date on their vaccinations, including their preventatives (heartworm, flea, tick)!
We are so grateful that you continue to trust us with your pups. We love being their second home and play place! As always, if you ever have questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
Barks & Wags,
Maura, Bryan, Emmett & Sadie
