MoPups NC Rates & Policies

RATES

All pricing is customized to the request. Please inquire for your rates.

Walks/Drop In Visits: $20-30/visit
Daycare: $35/day for first pup, $55/day for two pups
Boarding: $45/night (24 hours) for one pup, $80 for two pups
Early Drop Off or Late Pick Up for Boarding (outside of 24 hours): $15-20
Hourly Sitting: $20/hour
Housesitting: inquire for custom quote
Pet Taxi: based on distance + time at location

Holiday Fees

A holiday fee will be added to all bookings that include any of the following dates:
May 28, 2021 - June 1, 2021
July 2, 2021 - July 5, 2020
September 3, 2021 - September 6, 2021
November 24, 2021 - November 29, 2021
December 22, 2021 - January 2, 2022

Vaccinations

All dogs must be fully vaccinated with Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella for the safety of themselves and the other dogs. Puppies are accepted after vet approval and with the intent to vaccinate on schedule.

Cancellations

All boarding cancellations must be made 5 days in advance or will be charged 50% of the first 7 days of stay. If we are able to fill your spot last minute, cancellation fee may be waived. Holiday bookings must be cancelled 10 days in advance from start of booking or will be charged 50% of the first 7 days of stay. Holidays include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Drop-in and walk cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Visits cancelled after the 24 hour mark will be charged a $12 cancellation fee.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required prior to arrival. MoPups NC LLC reserves the right to refuse services and admittance to any pet guest who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of contagious health conditions, demonstrates aggressive behavior, or does not meet our health or temperament standards.

PAYMENT

Payment for all accommodations and services must be paid within the completion of their stay unless otherwise arranged. If arranged, a monthly invoice will be sent and should be paid within 7 days of receipt.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

MoPups NC LLC reserves the right to charge a property damage fee, up to $100 for any damage to the home caused by your pet, including but not limited to beds, walls, etc. To owners who believe their pets may cause property damage, please speak to a MoPups team member to help determine the best accommodations and amenities for their pets. Indoor marking is not acceptable, just a kind reminder that this is our home that we are sharing with your furry kids.
